Young explorers abroad

We believe in educating young African American students on the importance of traveling domestically and internationally. The world is too big to be limited to experiencing only 1 of 196 beautiful countries. Exposing teens and young adults entering college ages 15-21 to new cultures, languages and foreign policies is our mission.

 The founders of Young Explorers Abroad, Trina Smith, Shirley A. Staten, and Valerea Maclin, set out to create website copy that would enlighten and engage teens. After just a week of email exchanges, I was able to accurately convey their message and ensure their slogan and each blurb made their audience feel welcomed and excited to get involved.
